Canadian Review of Artificial Intelligence, Law & Society (CRAIL) is an independent Canadian interdisciplinary academic journal devoted to the legal, social, institutional, ethical and philosophical implications of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
CRAIL provides a forum for scholars, legal practitioners, technologists and other professionals examining the relationship between artificial intelligence, law and society. The journal welcomes original research articles, doctrinal and interdisciplinary studies, essays, case analyses and critical commentary addressing AI governance, legal responsibility, human judgment, accountability, regulation, technology and society.
